Terms of Service

1. The Service

SAILLENT provides an AI Action Firewall: software that intercepts, inspects, and enforces security policy on AI-generated actions within your infrastructure, plus dashboards for monitoring and audit.

2. Your Responsibilities

You retain control of your systems, data, and AI workloads. SAILLENT enforces the policies you configure; you are responsible for policy definitions, credentials, and authorized use of your environments.

3. Data & Privacy

Protected AI traffic is processed on your infrastructure and does not pass through SAILLENT systems. We collect only the telemetry required for licensing, node health, and dashboard reporting.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Plans are billed annually in advance. Subscription terms, renewals, and support levels are defined in your signed order form or service agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use SAILLENT to violate applicable laws, infringe rights, or circumvent security controls you are not authorized to modify.

6. Liability

SAILLENT provides security controls and visibility; it does not guarantee the absence of all threats. Our liability is limited as set out in your service agreement.
